1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing any part of lx444, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform and close your account.

lx444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on the platform. Your continued use of lx444 following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use lx444 you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. lx444 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while holding an active lx444 account.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities and agents may not register accounts on behalf of third parties.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by lx444 or have been previously permanently banned from lx444.
• You must not use lx444 for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable local or international law or regulation.
• You must have a single valid lx444 account only. Holding more than one account at any one time is a breach of these Terms.

lx444 does not accept registrations from individuals who are employees, contractors, or close relatives of employees or contractors of lx444 or any of its affiliated entities. If lx444 discovers that an account has been registered by an ineligible individual, the account will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.

3. Account Registration and Security

You may hold only one lx444 account per person. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.

• You must provide your real full name, date of birth, and valid contact details when registering. All information must be accurate and kept current.
• You must complete lx444's KYC identity verification process by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID or passport) when requested. Failure to complete KYC may result in withdrawal restrictions.
• You are responsible for ensuring your login details are kept confidential. You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify lx444 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party or if your credentials have been compromised.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on lx444 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). lx444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed within the lx444 account dashboard at the time of withdrawal.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account or card that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible.
• lx444 does not charge fees for standard deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which lx444 accepts no responsibility.
• Withdrawals will be processed only to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible, subject to the withdrawal limits of that payment method.
• KYC identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. Accounts with incomplete KYC may have withdrawals placed on hold pending verification.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

lx444 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. The following general bonus rules apply to all lx444 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

6. Gameplay and Fair Use

lx444 reserves the right to void bets or gaming sessions where a technical malfunction, erroneous odds, or system error has materially affected the outcome. In such circumstances lx444 will return the relevant stakes to the player's account. No further compensation will be payable in connection with a technical malfunction.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any lx444 content without express prior written authorisation from lx444. Unauthorised use of lx444 intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lx444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including losses arising from service interruptions, network failures, or third-party payment processing delays. lx444's total liability to you in connection with any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the value of the deposits made by you during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
